20mph speed limits - have your say

At the Parish AGM in May, Cllr Lumby said that Hampshire County Council is looking at whether to have 20mph speed limits in residential areas. HCC is now consulting on that.

We have been asked to encourage many people as possible locally to fill it in and to provide empirical evidence wherever possible. The exercise of doing so will be very useful in considering attitudes locally to change, particularly in relation to locations.
