High Court Challenge

Less good news from the courts on our green lanes. The Trail Riders Federation has been given leave to appeal against the ban on motor traffic imposed by Hampshire County Council in response to five years of ever-increasing damage by off-road 4x4s and motorbikes to Bosenhill Lane, Green Lane and Dark Lane. The case will be heard some time in the next 12 months, but meanwhile the ban remains in force so please keep reporting any illegal use that you see.
