I am a Winchester City Council  Neighbourhood Services Officer for your area.

I have recently been asked to generally patrol the Warnford area ,  and also the following areas – Bighton, Bishops Sutton, New Alresford, Old Alresford, Northington, Kilmeston, Bramdean, Cheriton, West Meon, Hinton Ampner, Itchen Stoke, Ovington and Tichborne.  

I also have a specialist role in the investigation and prevention of fly tipping across the whole of the Winchester district as well as generally  patrolling the above  areas. 

Issues tackled by the  Neighbourhood Services Team  include  Anti Social Behaviour , Fly tip investigation, Litter complaints, Abandoned vehicles, Discarded drugs litter and Neighbour nuisance.

I will  attend local community meetings in the above areas as and when necessary  to discuss any  concerns and issues regarding fly tipping and littering, and to feed-back on any previously reported incidents and concerns.
